    This week at Calvert

    Hello Calvert families,

I hope you enjoyed a wonderful weekend. I just wanted to say "Thank you!" to everyone that helped make Friday night's PTA Snowball Dance a great success. Thank you to all the parents, guardians, extended families, teachers, staff, and high school students for working tirelessly to make the event so much fun for our boys and girls.

On Wednesday, December 12, we will have our winter program, "Winter Wonderland." The teachers and their students have prepared a very special program this year, and we hope you will be able to join us. The students will perform the same show at 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. The 10:30 performance tends to be less crowded.

We will have a PTA restaurant fundraiser at Ameci's on Wednesday, December 12. Please look for the flyer on Monday for all the details. Thank you for your support.

Friday, December 14, Calvert's Student Council has planned pajama day. Everyone will be warm and comfortable for the day. We hope no one falls asleep in class.

It is hard to believe that 2018 is coming to an end. Friday, December 14, will be our last day of school for this calendar year. We will have a minimum day, with dismissal at 12:41 p.m. Our winter break will be three weeks. School will resume on Monday, January 7th.

I look forward to seeing everyone on Monday morning.

    Best regards,

    Amanda Evans, Principal
